Our Community Liaison Site is designed to be a central place where families can find information, resources, and support to help their children thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. On this site, you will find information about how we communicate with families, including parent communication protocols, upcoming events, and important dates. You’ll also find resources that support students’ social and emotional well-being, along with enrichment opportunities and programs offered through the District and our valued community partners.

Spring arrived early, and it’s been wonderful to see so many of you enjoying school events alongside your students. From Music for Minors sing-alongs in our elementary classrooms to Heritage Day celebrations, as well as a Disability Awareness Week guest speaker at our middle schools, Pirate Day at Arundel (learning how to pronounce “AR”), White Oaks Multicultural Day, and a visit from Jasper Ridge Farms with Heather students— these moments reflect the strong sense of community that makes the San Carlos School District so special.

Congratulations to Central Middle School and Tierra Linda Middle School on being named 2026 California Distinguished Schools! This prestigious honor recognizes schools across the state that demonstrate exceptional student achievement and outstanding educational practices.
