  • Personal Info:  Michelle and her family have lived in San Carlos since 2010. Her husband, Aaron Nayfack, is a Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Michelle has two children–One currently attends White Oaks School and the other attends Arroyo School.

Carol Elliott (Vice President)

Kathleen Farley (Clerk)

  • Other Education/Community Leadership: Authored and managed Edna McConnell Clark Foundation grant for improving middle schools in Long Beach, CA. Tutor for students in the “I Have a Dream” program. Parent participant in co-op preschools.
  • Professional Experience: 18 years of technology experience – currently Vice President, Product Marketing, SpotMixer, Inc. Formerly Director of Product Management at Yahoo! Other work experience includes managing product and marketing for several start-up companies. Formerly a middle school teacher for Teach for America in Long Beach, CA.

Eirene Chen (Alternate Rep to County Office on District Reorganization)

Former Co-president of Brittan Acres PTA Board; Former Secretary PTA Coordinating Council; SCEF and classroom volunteer. Former education policy analyst, Commission for Positive Change for the Oakland Public Schools.
  • Professional Experience: Business leader for consumer technology companies including Intuit, Google, The Learning Company and start-ups. Specialties include marketing, customer experience design, design and launch of new products/services, research, leadership development and building effective teams.
