We are currently seeking bids for the professional service of tree canopy and building clearance trimming/pruning. Please see attached CUPCAA Informal Bidding Package.

Brittan Acres: 2000 Belle Ave, San Carlos, CA 94070
Arundel: 200 Arundel Road, San Carlos, CA 94070
White Oaks: 1901 White Oak Way, San Carlos Ca 94070
 
Scope of Work:
The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to trim/prune tree canopy to 12 foot clearance from ground, trim tree to 2-3 foot clearance from buildings, and remove all debris from the sites.
 
Optional Job Walk: March 26, 2025 at 1:00 PM 
Meet at Arundel School to begin the site walks and wait for the district representative. Please sign in to the office. 
District representatives: Jason Reeder, Supervisor of Maintenance and Operations and Jennifer Gaboury, Chief Operations Officer 
 
Please submit all proposals for this work by April 4, 2025 to Jennifer Gaboury via email by 3:00 PM. Any submissions after 3:00 PM will not be considered. 
Target Schedule for work completion: Saturdays and Wednesday Afternoons, April 19-May 19, 2025 for Arundel, Brittan Acres, and White Oaks Schools
