OPEN REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
1) SCSD TK Expansion: Arundel, Brittan Acres, Heather Project: Notice to Bidders
San Carlos School District (“District”) is seeking prequalified design-build entities or design-build teams to submit competitive Proposals to design and construct the SCSD TK Expansion: Arundel, Brittan Acres, Heather Project (“Project”), in accordance with Education Code section 17250.60 et seq. Only Respondents that have been prequalified by the District in response to the prior Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for the Project will be eligible to submit Proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
ALL PREQUALIFICATIONS ARE DUE ON THURSDAY, July 10, 2025.

2) SCSD Arundel Tennis Courts Resurfacing Project: Informal Bid Invitation
San Carlos School District is seeking prequalified CUPCCAA contractors to submit competitive proposals to resurface four tennis courts on the Arundel School campus. The Project consists of all labor, materials equipment and services necessary to repair exposed asphalt areas, including leveling surfaces, filling and sanding cracks, and applying multiple coats of acrylic resurfacer and color. Additionally, this project includes painting net posts, reusing or replacing nets, and striping four tennis courts.

3) SCSD CAMPUS ACCESSIBILITY PROJECT | BRITTAN ACRES, HEATHER SCHOOLS: Informal Bid Invitation
San Carlos School District is seeking prequalified C-12 contractors to submit competitive proposals to replace an asphalt sidewalk to be compliant with accessibility cross slope requirement at Brittan Acres School; replace existing concrete sidewalk with compliant cross slope, fix small portion of passenger drop off/pick up zone, construct curb ramp per CCD_002 (see attached), and widen the fire lane at Heather School.
