Title III Limited English Proficient and Immigrant Funding

 

Annually, districts receiving Title III Limited English Proficient (LEP) and/or Immigrant funding must update and submit the Local Educational Agency Plan (LEA Plan) Goal 2 including the projected budget for the anticipated entitlement amount to the California Department of Education (CDE).

 

This grant money is restricted to particular allowable activities designed to supplement our English Learners. These allocations may include personnel, materials, programs and services consistent with the required and allowable activities of ESEA Title III, Part A, Section 3114.
