Happy New Year & welcome back! The long winter break gave us time to recharge our batteries and we look forward to all that is ahead. We hope you enjoyed family time in the past two weeks and that your students are excited to be back in school. In this letter, I want to highlight a few things that are top of mind.

At its April 24th meeting, the City of San Carlos presented the San Carlos School District with proclamations recognizing Arroyo Upper Elementary, Arundel Elementary, Brittan Acres Elementary, Heather Elementary, Mariposa Upper Elementary, White Oaks Elementary and San Carlos Charter Learning Center for Receiving the 2023 California Distinguished School Designation. Come join our TK Early Learning Program for our Transitional Kindergarten students! SCSD offers an enriching, extended-day program that is age-appropriate for our littlest students.
