White Oaks Elementary School

Acorn Press News is a student-run team that plans, records, and broadcasts a news show for our school community. Interested students apply to join one of three teams: marketing, broadcasting or technology support.

The Sequoia Healthcare District is sponsoring the following parent education events this winter. Please consider attending.

Our next Welcome Wednesday is this week, 2/5! From 8:15am - 8:30am, parents can mix and mingle in front of the office while students play on the playground. Then at 8:30am when the bell rings, students will meet their teachers and for the first time will head into the MU for the morning assembly. Parents are invited to join! We will do a roll call of classes, the Pledge of Allegiance, review our White Oaks Way Expectations, share school announcements and sing our school song. Students will then be dismissed to walk to class with their teachers at 8:45am. Don't forget it's also Walk-to-School Wednesday!

On Monday, January 27, the online auction for teacher outings and summer camps goes live and wait until you see all the fantastic events our teachers have donated this year!
