The COVID-19 crisis is negatively impacting the SCSD budget, requiring reductions in staffing and programming next year. You are invited to attend the next school board meeting on Thursday, May 21, 7pm to learn more about the Governor’s May Budget, hear about possible reductions in SCSD, and provide input to the school board.

For the past SEVENTY years, White Oaks PTA has hosted an annual evening celebrating the amazing contributions of volunteers and staff who make our school an amazing place to learn and thrive!

Come get informed! Join Mrs. Scholer and Dr. Harmeier for a digital budget workshop on Tuesday, 5/12 at 7:30pm.

Teacher appreciation week starts May 4 and we are so excited to shower our teachers with love. This time has been filled with challenges, but the White Oaks staff has gone above and beyond to show us they can handle anything!

We have come up with fun ways to surprise them and show our gratitude- while still practicing all the safety precautions. Be sure to check the email you received from your room parents for all the details. Don’t forget to have your student submit their parts by May 1!
