BRSSD COVID-19 Vaccination Opportunity/Information Ages 5-11
and Boosters for ages 12+
The Belmont Redwood Shores School District has invited all SCSD families to participate in their upcoming vaccination/booster events. They are excited to once again partner with Safeway/Albertsons to provide COVID vaccines (Pfizer) to students 5-11 years old and boosters for those eligible age 12 and older on:
Monday, January 17 (10am-4pm) at Ralston Middle School for Booster Age 12-15. You may schedule your appointment by clicking here.
Tuesday, January 18 (3-7pm) at Sandpiper School for Booster Age 12-15. You may schedule your appointment by clicking here.
Monday, January 24 (3-7pm) at Ralston Middle School for Booster Age 12-15. You may schedule your appointment by clicking here.
The second dose clinic for 5-11 year olds who attended the clinic on January 3 will also be on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 3:00 - 7:00 pm.
To expedite the clinic, please print and complete the vaccination form prior to arriving at the vaccine clinic. Please bring your medical, prescription or Medicare part B card to the clinic. The COVID-19 Vaccine is FREE to all eligible participants regardless of insurance status.
