The dashboard aligns with the state-mandated  Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and includes locally-driven measures important to San Carlos School District. The LCAP measures allow the district to assess progress toward full implementation of the Strategic Plan.

The California School Dashboard is an online resource where community members can access information about school success. The Dashboard includes state indicators in the areas of academic performance, suspension rate, progress of English Learners, and chronic absenteeism. It also includes local indicators in the areas of learning conditions, implementation of standards, school climate, and parent engagement. The Dashboard is used annually as part of our cycle of continuous improvement. Areas of strength and areas for improvement are identified as part of our Local Control Accountability Plan.
