SCSD has a robust parent education program that covers a wide array of issues related to teaching and learning, wellness, and general parenting. In addition to the information shared at school-site meetings, much of parent education is delivered through the District’s Partners in Education (PIE) Series. “PIE Nights” are typically done 1-2 times per month and are generally located at the District office or on school sites. Notifications of upcoming events are typically distributed through site e-newsletters.

Learn how to have conversations with your child that inspire thoughtful and ethical online behavior and help him/her think critically about their power and responsibility in an Internet world.
