Dear Community,

As shared previously, district staff and the Board of Trustees remain committed to engaging our community as we work to create a “Plan B” for our students in light of the construction delays at the Tierra Linda/Mariposa/CLC campus.

Given the limited amount of time we have and our desire to ensure each school community has an opportunity to share their thoughts regarding alternate plans for our students next year, please join Interim Superintendent Doerpinghaus & Board Members at one of the following meetings to share your hopes, concerns, and ideas for our students around “Plan B”.

Heather PTA Meeting on Tuesday, 11/28 at 7 p.m.
Arundel PTA Meeting on Wednesday 11/29 at 7 p.m.
CLC PRT Meeting on Thursday 11/30 at 7 p.m.
TL/Mariposa PTA Meeting on Tuesday 12/5 at 6 p.m.

The feedback gathered from these meetings will be shared and discussed at the December 7, 2017 board meeting at the District Office Board Room.

Additionally, we will host a second Town Hall on Thursday, December 14th at the District Office Board Room to discuss next steps for construction on the Tierra Linda/Mariposa/CLC campus.  It is staff and boards expection that a final plan will be determined in January 2018.
