Modular Deliveries

Saturday, September 30, 2017 and Sunday, October 1, 2017

Work hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The next deliveries for the new CLC modular classroom buildings will be on Saturday and Sunday, September 30th and October 1st. The modules have been fabricated in Southern California by Growth Point Structures Inc. and will be transported to a staging area north of San Carlos. On Saturday morning, September 30th, the modules will be moved by large 40-foot tractor-trailers to the Tierra Linda site where they will be offloaded by crane. This delivery is expected to be completed on Saturday by 5:00 p.m.; however work may extend through Sunday if necessary. There will be 13 modules delivered by ArcBest Freight Company on 13 tractor trailers. ArcBest Freight Company has obtained all required transit permits. There will be traffic control personnel supplied by Growth Point Structures, Inc. along with Alten Construction crewmembers to help facilitate the movement along Dartmouth onto the Tierra Linda campus.

Additional modular deliveries will be made through mid-November. Further details similar to this will be communicated beforehand.
